I’m on a kick of making my own salad dressing. It just feels so much better having control of the ingredients (not to mention their quality) that are in my food. It only takes a couple of extra minutes in your dinner prep to mix, so even the busiest of busy people can make this.
We use this Southwest Salad Dressing on taco salad but it would go great on any salad, mixed with quinoa and black beans or add some flair to burgers. It isn’t spicy so make plenty to share!
