Black Bean Hummus

I know, I just posted a traditional hummus recipe a few weeks ago. I’m on a kick! It’s just such an easy way to add fiber and protein to my diet, not to mention the extra veggies I’m dipping into it!

This hummus pairs well with bell peppers or tortilla chips.

Black Bean Hummus

Easy to make snack, high in fiber and protein
Prep Time10 minutes
Course: Snack

Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cumin

Instructions

  • Rinse beans
  • Add all ingredients to the food processor and mix until smooth
